Metabolic regulation in cancer development

WHAT WE DO

We study the metabolic rearrangements that sustain cancer development. Our goal is to unveil molecular mechanisms that underlie the metabolic rewiring in tumor, in order to find vulnerabilities and develop effective anti-neoplastic therapies.

We apply a wide range of approaches to understand how dysregulation of cellular metabolism prompts neoplastic in in vitro e in vivo models on Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1)-related tumors, melanoma and diffuse large B-cell lynphoma.
