TWO PhD POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic students to join our research team as a PhD researcher for our ognoing projects.
Position 1: P.I. Prof. Andrea Rasola - project titled: Tracking metabolic changes for targeting malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs).
Position 2: Dr. Ionica Masgras - project titled: Investigating the crosstalk between Schwann cells and macrophages in peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs).
Admission requirements: Master degree by September 30th 2024

POST-DOCTORAL POSITION AVAILABLE
We are offering a post-doctoral fellowship for a project titled: Tracking metabolic changes for targeting malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs).
In this project, supported by the Italian Association for Cancer Research (AIRC), we aim at dissecting the metabolic circuits that are deranged in MPNST and sustain its growth, for revealing targetable vulnerabilities for this aggressive sarcoma.

POST-DOCTORAL FELLOWS

Candidate with a solid background in mitochondrial bioenergetics and biochemistry, metabolism and skills in working with mouse models are encouraged to apply.

UNDERGRADUATED AND PRE-DOCTORAL FELLOW
Our lab is always available to accept students interested in doing an internship (of at least 7 months) in a challenging and international environment. Students will be involved in major ongoing research projects (Research ) and will have the opportunity to learn key biochemical and molecular biology techniques and work independently.
